Is this a physical product?
No. These are digital document downloads. No printed pack or other physical goods will be posted.
Can I edit the documents?
The document packs include editable Word and printable PDF versions. The costing calculator is an XLSX workbook and requires compatible spreadsheet software. Check the formats on each listing before purchasing.
Can I share or resell the templates?
The current listings allow personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, resale or sharing outside the licence is prohibited. Review the full licence on the product listing.
What about refunds or download problems?
